I don't recall, who had the original idea and how could we arrange the trip without Internet. The place was most probably chosen by me, with a nostalgic thought about the great trip there in our 1st year at UTC. There were five of us; we began at Trencianske Teplice, climbed up the southwest side of the hills and then the Vapec peak. The sleeping place was a hay-hut under Cierny Vrch. On Sunday we continued through Strazov to Cicmany and then by bus to Zilina.
